Our instructors are welcoming and offer inspiration for you to dig deeper into your yoga practice and learn from our collective practices. LEVELS 1, 2, 3: MODERATE INTENSITY
60 MINUTES
Connect slow, strength-building postures with your breath in this flow class designed to focus your energy, self-center and ground you while building muscular strength. You will come into your body with awareness, explore your edge, and leave the class feeling a relaxed and renewed experience. Accessible for all levels. 60 minutes

LEVELS 1, 2, 3: GENTLE TO MODERATE INTENSITY
75 MINUTES
Yin Yoga removes blockages deep in our connective tissues, allowing energy to flow freely. This class combines the deep and divine inner practice of yin yoga followed by a gentle flowing movement. Balance the energetic system, increase flexibility, and look deep within. We access the deeper connective tissue and fascia as we hold postures for longer periods of time, focusing on areas that encompass our joints (hips, sacrum, spine). Yin yoga is an effective practice to maintain the flexibility of the body, to deepen the connection with the breath and train the mind to remain present through the entire practice. Suitable for all levels and a beautiful compliment to a more dynamic and/or strength training practice.

Elevate Fusion Yoga offers an upbeat dynamic workout with a fusion of cardio, strength, and yoga movements meant to spark your inner fire, increase metabolism, overall strength, balance, and flexibility, and fun. This upbeat practice provides an incredible mind/body experience that will get your heart rate up and challenge your body!

LEVELS 2, 3: MODERATE INTENSITY
60 MINUTES
Wild Heart Flow Yoga offers an upbeat dynamic flow of yoga movements that increase overall strength, balance, and flexibility, while easy on the mind and the joints. This practice provides an incredible mind/body experience that will focus on a faster paced flow, get your heart rate up and transform your body! Strength is the FOCUS and Balance is the KEY. Most suitable for yogis with yoga experience.

Focus on functional exercise with yoga poses for strengthening the core, legs and arms for better balance. Not a choreographed yoga class, but more of a "yogalates" fusion class. For all levels.

75 MINUTES
Saturday morning vibe this fun vinyasa flow. Connecting movement with breath in an upbeat, flowing sequence of yoga postures. Core work, balance postures, and a relaxing savasana conclude this more athletic style class. Get energized to start your weekend! Accessible for all levels.

Feel nurtured during this class, mellow like a Sunday morning. Long, slow warm up with gentle poses, and 10-15 minutes of savasana. Meant to ground and center you with mindful breath and gentle movement, expect to build your energy gradually. Crystal singing bowls will bathe you thorughout for enhanced relaxation. Accessible for all levels.
