LEVELS 1, 2, 3: MODERATE INTENSITY

Connect slow, strength-building postures with your breath in this flow class designed to focus your energy, self-center and ground you while building muscular strength. You will come into your body with awareness, explore your edge, and leave the class feeling a relaxed and renewed experience. Accessible for all levels. 60 minutes

LEVELS 1, 2, 3: Effortless
45 MINUTES
Come and rest on your mat and bathe in the soothing voice of Audrey Drake, leading you through a guided meditation and singing to you while you lie in savasana. Crystal Singing Bowls and Savasana lavender eye towel makes this even more blissful!
+ Gentle Yoga: Tuesdays at 5:15pm with Maya Hardcastle, 200 E-RYT, 500RYT

60 MINUTES
Gentler yoga calms the nervous system so that the parasympathetic nervous system can be
engaged. This encourages better digestion, a decrease in stress levels, and an enhanced ability
to relax and heal.
Get set to stretch, work your muscles and get in touch with your body by integrating breath and
slow movement, focus on holding poses and explore asanas and variations for all levels of yoga
practitioner.
+ Yin Flow: Tuesdays at 6:30pm with Maya Hardcastle, 200 E-RYT, 500RYT
LEVELS 1, 2, 3: MODERATE INTENSITY
60 MINUTES
Yin Yoga removes blockages deep in our connective tissues, allowing energy to flow freely. This class combines the deep and divine inner practice of yin yoga followed by a gentle flowing movement. Balance the energetic system, increase flexibility, and look deep within. We access the deeper connective tissue and fascia as we hold postures for longer periods of time, focusing on areas that encompass our joints (hips, sacrum, spine). Yin yoga is an effective practice to maintain the flexibility of the body, to deepen the connection with the breath and train the mind to remain present through the entire practice. Suitable for all levels and a beautiful compliment to a more dynamic and/or strength training practice.
+ Harmony Yoga: Wednesdays at 4:15pm with Audrey Drake, Kundalini 1
LEVELS 2, 3: GENTLE INTENSITY
60 MINUTES
Feel nurtured during this class, gentle stretching and movement. Long, slow warm up with gentle poses, and 10-15 minutes of savasana. Meant to ground and center you with mindful breath and gentle movement, expect to build your energy gradually. Accessible for all levels.

Wild Heart Flow Yoga offers an upbeat dynamic flow of yoga movements that increase overall strength, balance, and flexibility, while easy on the mind and the joints. This practice provides an incredible mind/body experience that will focus on a faster paced flow, get your heart rate up and transform your body! Strength is the FOCUS and Balance is the KEY. Most suitable for yogis with yoga experience.

Saturday morning vibe this fun vinyasa flow. Connecting movement with breath in an upbeat, flowing sequence of yoga postures. Core work, balance postures, and a relaxing savasana conclude this more athletic style class. Get energized to start your weekend! Accessible for all levels.
